Happy 4th of July
Hello family and friends hope your having a great 4th weekend. Fred and I are keeping a low profile today, Molly is hanging with us. Maddi and Andrew have friends family parties to attend, which we are thankful for, they deserve a carefree day full of fun and fireworks! We continue to be thankful for the prayers and good wishes that you all have sent our way, please keep them coming...The treatments have taken a toll on Fred, he is still able to drive himself some days to treatment and then put a few hours of work in, he is very brave because he is truly hurting. He has one more Chemo treatment and 11 radiation treatments to go. We know that the next 2 weeks will be difficult and test every ounce of strength that Fred has left. Fred has received your calls and e-mails and at times feels bad that he can not respond, please know that he appreciates that you are checking in, and looks forward to when he can be with you all again...so be well, remember to live every day and we will touch base soon...:) Love and Peace Dana

ReplyDeleteNot a day goes by that Tim and I don't think about you or speak of you just wondering how you are doing. We too, are counting the days on the calendar and you will soon be "DONE"!! We are so looking forward to the day/days for sitting back relaxing, drinking a beer, and of course a game of quoites to toss around and maybe spinning a tune or two! Most of all, just to see you smile, being healthy, happy and EVER SO STRONG...You have so many thoughts and prayers that are sent your way... just keep believing and never give UP.. WE BELIEVE IN YOU!! If you need anything we are always here for you both!

ReplyDeleteI have been keeping a constant pulse on how you've been doing by seeing Dana twice a week in "Butt-kicking" Class at BTCC. I thought the boot would keep her down but she continues to take it out on us. Deb and I think of you constantly. We can appreciate all you've been going through from Deb's battle. And although I know you feel like crap, be thankful b/c it shows that the treatments are working and getting you back on the track to healthiness. One last hurdle tomorrow and then on to recovering and getting your life back on track with hopeful normalcy. Stay strong! God Bless. Love ya man!
